Lamination of flat and bent glass of different sizes, shapes and thicknesses.

Laminating of glass/marble and glass/ceramic combinations with also the possibility of drying the materials perfectly. 

Multi-level kiln with bearing structure made up of metal framing, welded and bolted.  

In the “combi 4/2” model the kiln has got two chambers, each fitted with maximum two laminating trolleys.

Each chamber is used for the typical lamination of sheets of glass, special pieces, bent glass and may also be used for marble drying for the subsequent lamination.

Each chamber has two access doors placed on the opposite shorter sides, in order to give easy access for maintenance and cleaning, as well as to facilitate the insertion and removal of the laminating trolleys on both sides.  

For maximum safety, each chamber is equipped with two photocells, placed on both side doors, which signal the presence of the operator, if any, and in this case, block the automatic opening and closing of the doors. 

For the heat process the chambers, properly insulated, are equipped with resistor sets installed onto the roof and bottom of the kiln.

Each resistor unit is controlled and adjusted by a thermocouple.

Each chamber, conceived for special treatments, is provided with four fans (two on the roof and two at the bottom), in order to obtain, by convection, a uniform heating on each point of the chamber.
